Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@shoptechtok.com with your order number and clear photos. We will review your report and reply with next steps. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Change-of-mind returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or other non-defect reasons. Orders generally cannot be cancelled after payment.

Refunds and consumer rights

Refunds for change-of-mind or other non-defect requests are not generally available. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.
